Job Description
A leading courier company is extending its department to include customer service, help desk and outbound and are in need of very dedicated and self motivated staff to grow with the company. Candidates without experience will be inducted into a one week training.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 plus Other academic qualification is an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer courteously inbound calls.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company. Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer
