| Minimum Requirements | Grade 12 2 years’ experience in pipeline construction environment |
| Primary Duties | Weld preparation of field butts Cleaning of weld runs Dressing of completed welds, parent metal and heat effected zones Removing of internal and external coatings from pipes and specials Civil construction work Maintenance of pipelines under shutdown conditions |
| Knowledge | Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental awareness. General knowledge of pipeline work General construction work Use of pipeline related hand tool (e.g. grinding) |
