Job Description
Applications re invited from unemployed graduates to be appointed as Data Capturer for Extended Public Works Programme for Department of Education
Duration of Contract: One (1) year
Salary: R3267 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Creating projects on EPWP reporting system
- Completion of Business Plan of projects on EPWP reporting system
- Daily capturing of data on EPWP reporting system
- Update data on the system on a monthly basis
- Handling incoming and outgoing documents/ data (paper based tools)
- Analysing data before capturing in the system
- Checking and verifying data received
- Develop stakeholder data management document
- Compile monthly reports on data captured
- Make follow up with the Districts on outstanding data/information
Requirements
- National Certificate (Matric/ Grade 12)
- Three year qualification. Accounting as a subject will be added advantage
- Computer literacy (MS Office) and specifically MS Word and Excel.
- Unemployed South African citizen
