Purpose of the Job
Provide efficient control of vendor documentation submitted to expedite payment of vendors and provide operating and capital expense, data capture and general administrative support to accounts department
What you will be doing
- Convert Notifications to Orders according to the Worklist on SAP
- Loading of materials on SAP according to Scope IDs forElectrical
- Producing materials SAP reports daily to track procurement of each of the materials and weekly reporting to the Disciplines
- On arrival, Electricalmaterials are physically verified
- Liaising with procurement and suppliers for follow-up on urgent materials
- Assist TA Lead with Electrical JSA’s, Work Instructions Scope of work and checksheets
- Ensuring all Pre-shut, Execution and Startup materials distributed to site containers and vendors
- Technical assistance to Electrical
- Develop Quality Control packs with required technical information for Electrical
What you’ll have done before
- Matric
- Electrical work experience.
- Capable of identifying all electrical spares.
- Ability to compile Electrical QC Packs
- Working experience linked to Oil Refinery/Petrochemical Industry.
- 2 years of Petrochemical experience.
- Work overtime for extended periods as job requires.

- Knowledge of permit to work system
- SAP experience
