BUSINESS PROCESSES
- Compliance to TCS SHEQ requirements, statutory regulations and adherence to legislation
- Maximise equipment availability and reliability by maintaining equipment in a functional condition with no rework
- Execute preventative and corrective work on the following major equipment which include but not limited to conveyors; cone crusher; jaw crusher; pump and compressors.
- Apply fault finding techniques, conduct root cause analysis and regular plant inspections
- Clean, maintain and repair mechanical parts, components and equipment as directed by the Supervisor
- Conduct regular plant and steel structures inspections
- Carry out workshop fabrication, equipment assembly and installation
- Complete breakdown and preventative maintenance work orders, create subsequent notifications and provide correct feedback on work performed
- Attain and maintain relevant licences and authorisations required to execute allocated duties e.g Basic Rigging, Working at Heights etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum qualifications:Grade 12 / N3 & Relevant Trade certificate
- 3 years’ relevant experience
Additional qualifications:
- Pelletizing and Sintering experience will be an added advantage
